Repairs
Our products are made to last. Their design is sturdy and modular, with ease-of-use in mind to make them as intuitive as possible for all users. If a repair is needed, we believe we have a responsibility to our customers to offer safe and reliable repairs. These repairs are better handled by our trained professional staff/technicians who will be at the location within 48 hours to make the repairs.
Modular Design
Repairs of our products are streamlined by our modular design philosophy and following industry standards. By following industry standards we cut costs on additional manufacturing and repair costs. As such, repairs of our products can be done quickly, efficiently and at almost no cost to the customer.
Self Service Recalibration
Nursing homes have many residents who come and go, when a new resident moves into a room, their lock’s face scanner will need to be recalibrated to their likeness. This process can be done quickly. During the first installation of the AEGIS lock, the staff will be taught how to calibrate/recalibrate the face scanner. Along with the recalibrating tutorial, a leaflet will be given to the staff. These are done to make the process easier on the staff. In the case that our staff is required for the recalibration, a recalibration fee will be deducted.
Self Service Repair
Repairing our products can best be done through our service and technicians as they have the expertise and know-how of the inner workings of the products. To promote ‘right to repair’ and provide a second life for our product once it is not supported anymore, we provide customers with experience in repairing similar electronic devices with a Self Service Repair Manual to assist you in better repairing our products and not causing any unwanted damages. By choosing to self-repair one of our products, you do not void the product warranty, however, any damage caused by the customer in the repair attempt will not be covered by the warranty.
